These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 中から見た観察記録 ("the Site"), operated under the project identity 名前はまだない. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of the Site
The Site is an independent project that publishes written content. The Site may also display advertising delivered by third-party providers (see §5).

All articles, text, illustrations, and other content authored for the Site are the intellectual property of 名前はまだない unless explicitly stated otherwise.

- Full reproduction / republication / commercial use: Not permitted without prior written permission. Please contact us in advance (see §11).
- Translation: Multilingual editions of articles published on the Site are also subject to these Terms.
4. Content Disclosure (AI Collaboration)
Articles on the Site are produced in collaboration with AI (large language models). Editorial structure, topic selection, and final review are performed by the project operator; drafting is performed with AI assistance under a defined set of editorial rules.
This is disclosed via a fixed footer note ("This blog is made in collaboration with AI"), in line with the Site's transparency-labeling principle. Readers are encouraged to verify information independently before applying it.
5. Advertising
The Site may display advertising delivered by Google AdSense and other authorized partners. Such advertising is delivered by third parties and is subject to the policies of those providers.
- Where required by law (EEA, UK, Switzerland), a consent management mechanism (Google Funding Choices) is presented before personalized advertising is enabled.

- The Site does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content of third-party advertisements displayed.
